Has anyone found a custom solution with more robust “relationship management” functionality? For example, it would be nice if CRM 4.0 had multiple “Set Regarding” functionality, so you could see related records in more than just one entity. To be more specific, does anyone know of a way to track all activities in multiple instances, e.g., a phone call to a lead could be visible in 4 contacts and 3 organizations as an activity.

Any assistance/guidance would be helpful here. From what I understand, version 5.0 will have multi-relationship capabilities, e.g., be able to relate an activity (or any entity record) to multiple records.

    thanks
